Hibiki, Daichi e Lo voltavam para casa após um dia de aula com um exame simulado quando eles recebem uma mensagem em seus celulares ao mesmo tempo, a mensagem era de um site misterioso que previa as mortes de pessoas e isso estava incluindo os três adolescentes.

Após isso criaturas chamadas Septentriones invadem o Japão e começam a atacar todo o país, somente os Devil Summoners podem deter esses terríveis inimigos e os três garotos acabam entrando no meio dessa confusão.
